Types of Cabcharge We Accept
There are three Cabcharge payment products and each works slightly differently. Here is what to expect with each one.
The traditional grey or yellow card issued to corporate and government account holders. Your driver swipes it on the in-vehicle EFTPOS terminal at the end of the trip. A 5% service fee is applied by the Cabcharge network. This is an industry-standard charge set by Cabcharge, not by Silver Taxi Melbourne. An eTicket is a one-time digital authorisation sent to your phone or email by your travel coordinator or case manager. No physical card is needed.
