Booking and depositBook at least two days ahead for a weekend tour. Some tours need a deposit to hold the vehicle for the day. If yours does, we tell you the amount with your quote.
Cancelling or changingYou can cancel or move your date at no charge up to 7 days before the tour. Inside 7 days a cancellation fee may apply, and we tell you what it is with your quote.
WeatherTours go ahead in rain or shine. If extreme weather, bushfire or road closures make the trip unsafe, we move your tour to another date that suits you.
Pickup timesFull day tours usually leave between 9am and 10am, and half day tours late in the morning. We agree the pickup time and every pickup address with your quote.
Hours and extra timeYour quote covers the hours you book, from the first pickup to the last drop off, usually 4 to 5 hours for a half day and 7 to 8 for a full day. Waiting at the cellar doors sits inside those hours. If the group wants to stay out longer, tell the driver, and extra time is charged at a rate we confirm with your quote.
Tastings and lunchTasting fees, lunch and any wine you buy are paid directly to each venue. Many cellar doors ask groups to book tastings and lunch ahead, so book those yourself and send us the times.
Wine you buyAs a guide, a sedan boot fits four to six cases of 12 bottles, and the SUV and Maxi fit more. If you plan to buy by the case, tell us when you book so the vehicle has room.

Each tour is priced as one quote for the day, set by the hours you book, your pickup and the region. The shortest tour is a half day of 4 to 5 hours, and we tell you the price before anything is booked. If you only need a drop off at the first winery and a pickup from the last, that is two ordinary metered trips, and the fare estimator prices each one.

Is waiting time at the wineries included?

Yes. The driver waits at every cellar door, and that waiting is built into the day price we quote for the hours you book. Nothing extra runs while you taste.
